Grassfed Beef Shanks Osso Bucco (Bone-In)

Takes more time to prepare but tastes good

It was surprised to me the Grassfed Beef Shanks are so large; very different from the Farmers Market I went to. Usually they are more small to medium size. Maybe the cow in your area are mush bigger? I have not cook them yet, but I think it should be alright. I do love the Beef tendons though, it was difficult to find beef tendon in the Farmers market I went. It has some but kind of rare.

Perfect for soup/stew.

Perfect cut. I enjoyed the meat and the collagen rich broth. Delicious.
