I loved this blend. I seasoned with S&P, broke into 4 large chunks and cooked it over charcoal to medium on the inside. The only strange thing is, I received and email to review about 2 hours after I finished eating. Those 21st century tracking cookies are really invasive. It’s as if they put a cookie in the meat and when it got hot it sent a message back to the farm.

We just grilled patties of the beecon grind and it was incredibly flavorful, we only added a small amount of salt. We would definitely purchase again.
