Very good. Makes the best stews or just put in a Dutch Oven with your favorite spices a little oil, brown good on both sides. . Put on the lid and cook on med. low for an hour or two with diced tomatoes. Then add potatoes and vegies or whatever you want. Add some broth to cover, bring to boil, reduce heat and cook till all tender.
