Red vest doesn't stay cold past 45 minutes - charge you for the return

I bought the Red CoolOver™ Advanced Cooling Vest because it’s supposed to provide several hours of cooling, but mine only stayed cold for about 45 minutes. I followed the instructions exactly, so I think my unit might have been defective. On the plus side, customer service was very responsive and processed my return quickly. The downside is they charged me $15 for the return, which I didn’t love since the product didn’t work as advertised. Overall, great support but disappointing product performance.
