This weighted vest is not like the others, it is far superior in every way. It is so perfectly and ergonomically balanced on the body its like youre not wearing it. I had a different vest and donated it as it was so uncomfortable and caused incredible back aches so i had stipped using it all together. This vest is fantastic.

I love this vest so much because I’m a very busy person and sometimes I just don’t have time to lift weights and do zone two cardio but with this vest I can combine both and get my workouts done in 45 minutes
