My G-Vest Icon is easy to wear, made of quality materials, and looks great (completely integrates with workout shirts). I walk 5 miles everyday. While wearing the vest, I find myself correcting my shoulder posture often (which is a good thing) and I can feel my leg muscles getting a workout. The vest is also great with doing squats and other body weight exercises. The vest gets wet with sweat after long walks. It’s important to wipe the inside down and to air dry after each use to keep it from smelling bad. I find hanging it on the back of a chair with the inside facing out the best way to dry.
