I have really enjoyed the ready to go packets of the Creatine with Cognizin. They are easy to carry with you to work or gym if needed and the product mixes really good with any liquid I have used so far. Would definitely recommend.

I like the unflavored better than the flavored, because it’s easier to dissolve in a warm drink, like tea or coffee in the morning. Otherwise there is something grainy that doesn’t dissolve in cold liquid.

They taste pretty good. I just wanna make sure that I don’t have a subscription to this. It seems like I’m getting snagged with subscriptions on things, but it does taste pretty good though one with no taste I threw in my smoothie when I’m not able to take this one here I just wish they had a better flavor like cherry or something instead of raspberry but otherwise pretty good.
