Power+ Bra

I have been using my Forme Power Bra for nearly a year and it has been so helpful for my posture! I sat at a desk working on a computer for so many years that I had tech neck and my shoulders were hunching forward. As soon as I started wearing my new Forme, I felt my posture change immediately. These are definitely worth the extra money! I ordered a size up the size chart to have it a little less tight.

I love the power bra+. I noticed an improvement in performance while wearing it. After taking it off I notice a difference in my posture. It isn’t a magic transformation. It does take conscious effort when not wearing to correct posture but, I do see muscle memory happening and less need to remind myself to stand/sit straight. I highly recommend. I use the bra for exercise only. I put it on 1/2 hr before work out and take it off an hour after. The draw backs are : it is difficult to get on/off. A zip front would be great, if it didn’t interfere with the integrity of the bra. Sizing, I would also get a size bigger next time. The bottom band flips up after a few washes. Also, I got the larger arm holes but they are not super large. Contributing to difficulty getting it in/off. For these reasons I give it 4 stars.

I’ve been wearing this for about two weeks for everyday wear and I do feel like it’s helping with posture. I’ve noticed even when I’m not wearing the bra, I’m more aware of my posture. I typically wear a 32DD or 34D. I initially ordered a L power bra and exchanged for the power + bra in a M.
