magnesium+ rest & recovery

Amazing!

I have been using this product for almost a year now and I wake up refreshed and ready to go because of it, even after a hard workout the day before. My sleep has been much sounder also. I also use Sleep+.

Seems to work. It is expensice though! Pills from nutrition sjop would peobably work just as well and be cheaper, so will try that and compare.

Metallic Taste

I'm still testing, but one thing I have noticed is a metallic taste. I might need a different delivery method for the magnesium. I am actually an antihistamine addict and looking for a better option. I'll get back to you after I've tested longer.
