I am very happy with this grinder. I feel the document is not clear enough to guide me out of trouble. However, there are many YouTube videos that can help.

Really nice

Have had the DF64V a couple of weeks to replace my Eureka Mignon Facile. No comparison, the DF64V is much more consistent. It has plenty of adjustment room at the finer grinds where the Facile did not. It's quiet, easy to use. I like the work flow. Retention is almost zilch (I like the bellows). Been playing with the RPM a bit, that will take awhile. The price is good. So, yes, very happy with it.

Excellent Grinder, burr upgrade worth it

Using this for espresso and this is probably the best sub $1,000 grinder out there. And if you upgrade your burrs (depending on what you drink) it's still sub-$1000 an awesome. You do need to season the burrs and that can take 1-5kg of coffee. I noticed significant deviation for the first 1kg of coffee, still a lot from 1-1.5kg as I continue to season, but that is true of any flat burr grinder. I recommend RDT for your beans and in doing so I get zero retention in the grinder. I do use the pump on top to fully clear the burrs and chute. The support at Mii Coffee is also excellent. Only thing I wish the grinder has was a power off switch so the RPMs didn't stay illuminated.
