SSP Cast Lab Sweet 64mm Flat Burrs

Fast delivery, beautiful burrs, but does not fit in my Fioranzato grinder. My fault for not doing better research. A simple AI search would have spotted this, I only did the search too late after arrival and installation. Took the caliper to discover the burrs are too tall. They are beautiful though.

OK, not great, but not yet seasoned

Swapped out to these from Fellow Ode Gen 2 brew burrs. I had to go up a full number on the Ode to achieve similar results. There is mud in the sides of my V60 filter that wasn't there before. However, this has not translated into bitterness in the cup as one would expect. I like them so far. I hope I love them after seasoning.

Good upgrade

After 6 years, upgrade my stock Ceado burrs. Lighter roasts now give me more crema and body but to my taste, are still bright and no noticeable loss of the “light roast” character I’m looking for.
