Easy to use tamper

This is a huge upgrade from the stock tamper that came with my espresso machine. The depth of the press is easy to adjust, but my favorite feature is the self-leveling lip on the tamper.

Good value for a self leveling calibrated tamper

I like this product at the price. Being new to home espresso I needed to remove the variable of inconsistent tamping from my espresso routine to get better results in the cup. This tamper has helped. There are 2 small things that are holding me back from a 5 star review. 1- I don’t understand the measurement scale on the side of the tamper and there were no instructions in the box. I just set at maximum and have no idea what the tamping pressure is set at. 2- every time I tamp, grounds get in between the top of the tamping pad and the leveling plate requiring me to brush it out after every tamp. It’s a little annoying but not a deal breaker. Overall it does what it’s supposed to do at a good price.
