BOOKOO Themis Ultra Coffee Scale

More than a Scale

I have bought the Bookoo Themis Ultra Scale to use on my Breville Barista Express Impress - not just as a scale but as a working part of the coffee machine. I have integrated a control circuit which is connected via Bluetooth to the scale and the scale is used to control the extraction of my espresso, shutting the extraction when it reaches the desired mass all the while displaying the extraction curve on a colour screen and displaying the final extraction mass, time and rate. This scale is perfect for this as well as weighing the coffee beans for accurate dosing. The result - very consistent espresso quality at home. Thank you Bookoo

Very easy to use

Super fast and precise scale. I use it for my daily single dose routine and it works like a charme. The rechargeable battery seems to last forever. It is still at 100% after thee weeks of daily use! I love it!!! 😃👍
