Caputo Flour is responsible for my husbands joy. I’ve tried many flours and I can’t think of one that is as similar to glutenous wheat flour. I have friends who cannot tell the difference.

Gluten free is almost better than the regular pizzas we make! Seriously, game changer for my wife and I don’t think we will ever be able to go back to restaurant gluten free pizza except for those like the place we found in Breckenridge CO that used this Caputo brand gluten free flour!!

I use this to make pizza dough and bake bread and bagels. It is the best flour to use for those with celiac. The bread, bagel and pizza dough are by far the closet to real flour made product. There are several other GF recipes on the Caputo website that I can't wait to try.
