Just learning with gluten free flours. Worked out great for my first batch of rolls but still need to work on the recipe to make them better. Love the flour and the taste of the bread is very good tasting. Will be ordering more.

I feel like I've been swindled

I ordered just 2 bags of flour from these guys on June 24th, says it shipped June 25th. I have yet to receive it. Tracking has not changed from just "Label created" since June 25th. I go to BrickOvenBakers website and there is absolutely no Contact Us option on the website to be able to talk to someone about this issue. When a website gives you no option to contact them , that's a red flag that I should have noticed before I ordered. So now I have no other recourse but to post this here in hopes someone sees this and does something because it should not take 17 days for 2 bags of flour to not even be shipped yet.

Amazing. We have been making pizza every friday with the kids. Taste amazing and really is like eating good Italian pizza Fabulous I am Celiac and havent had good pizza in years! Cant wait to try the pasta
