The knife is really nice the handel is really pretty it come with a slight warp but i bent it back straight that is just somthing you have to deal with with hand forged knives they arent always perfectly straight i didnt like the out of the box edge so i thinned the bevel and put a mirror polish on it then i sharpened it and it works beautifully now

This is my first Japanese knife and I love the sharpness, lightness, and feel when using it. The finish looks as if it just got out of the forge - a feature I like. Great knife at a great price! Thanks!
