Brisket is the way to go!
The brisket is just as it says it is! The NY Strip about broke a tooth with every piece. And the Ribeye is so waxy that even mouthwash repels. The Brisket is the only one that I will get from now on.

Pure goodness
The flavor is on point, the fat cap melts in your mouth. I like the fact that it was kept simple with just salt so you can actually get to enjoy the flavor of the beef, perfect!

Rob - Brisket Review
The brisket has been consistently getting better. Personally I was a fan of the NY Strip starting off but the brisket has rubbed off on me quite a bit. I love the Buttery Fat the mixes in with the Salty Meat. Great product.
