Don’t know if its really doing anything for me but I love how easy it is to take it and it tastes pretty good. Can’t say that for most supplements.

I like the ease of how to take it sibling under my tongue. I also like the detox effect it had on my body and still does. I believe my energy level is getting better as well. It will take some time.
