Excellent, well balanced knife

While not as sharp on delivery out of the box than I expected, this knife is performing well in the few weeks since I've had it. I can't say enough about this beast, an excellent all-purpose chef knife

It is my go to Chefs knife. Sharpest knife I have ever used and it stays sharp. A well balanced knife that works well and looks beautiful. I love this knife
