Miyabi Kaizen II 6" Chef's Knife

Beautiful & Sharp

Haven't had opportunity to use it yet but it is beautiful & seems very sharp! For several reasons, I want to learn how to properly use these high quality knives before I actually use them. Four stars because I haven't used them yet. I've only had them about a week or so.

Everything they say about it is true. Kaizen II is awesome. After I bought it they came out with the Anniversary Edition, Can't imagine anything better.

Good knife

Amazing knife, just not for me. I've used it almost every day since I got it, and while the craftsmanship and edge are fantastic, the 6" version feels a bit handle-heavy rather than balanced, which isn’t my preference.
