Miyabi Artisan SG2 5.5" Prep Knife

Holy Moly

I wanted a razor sharp knife and this one delivers. Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship and the knife feels light controllable in hand. I didn't think a kitchen knife could be this sharp. With hardness being what is is, I will likely never have to sharpen this knife. Maybe a bit of honing, but nothing more. Of course I won't be cutting rope or recycling cardboard with it either . Ha! Buying experience was great.
