Enso HD 8" Chef's Knife

Beautiful and Sharp!

Have used the knife almost everyday this past year. I have a lot of experience with using bad or ok knives in community kitchens and this is a whole different experience. Amazed at the beauty and how easy it is to cut all different types of vegetables. The beauty of the knife makes the experience even more fulfilling. Can't really compare this knife to other ones that are similar, but super happy with it.
