I ordered one as a gift. Shortly thereafter, I noticed an issue with a very old Yaxell Gou utility knife. Since they have a lifetime warranty, I reached out to C&M, eventually dealing with Liz. It took a few texts back and forth, but, since the Gou model had been discontinued, I was sent another Enso petty knife for my own use, a more than even trade. Thank you Liz.
