Enso HD 4.75" Petty Knife

Solid mid/entry level (transition from western blades) Japanese knife

The Enzo HD line is a good entry for people coming from Western knives the geometry is a little more robust than a traditional Japanese knife. They're also a little more hefty more like a western knife. Very sharp but because of the geomerty its not gonna cut like a laser, but definitely a step above the western blades. The VGA is a good choice as it's less likely to chip, especially for those not familiar with the more delicate Japanese steals. This is a knife that I can enjoy, but also my spouse can use and I don't have to worry about her damaging it.
