the Arc - Knock Box

I am really disappointed to have to write this review. I ordered the knock box in May and decided based on the quality and price of the product to make a return. The company claims to only provide a portion of the return based on condition of the product being returned (which is justifiable). I paid close to $20 to return the product myself and have been waiting since JUNE for the company to refund me. They have been terrible at communicating the status of the return with me and it’s now been handed off to another person who requested I send the tracking number and return information — TWO MONTHS AFTER THE RETURN. After sending the requested information, they are continuing to put the refund off by stating they will get back to me as soon as they “have an update.” I would not buy from this company again based on my experience and will not recommend others to buy from them. I am extremely disappointed.

Not long after receiving the Knock Box in April 2026, much of the black coating on the removable rod inside the box has come off, unfortunately.
