does not work efficiently and just stirs the coffee grounds and customer service has not responded to my request to refund. Waste of money

This product is nice, but it’s about the size of a toothpick holder. The prongs are too close together to effectively break up espresso clumps. I do like the design, but it needs to be at least three times larger and have sturdier prongs—the current wire prongs on springs feel too flimsy to be effective.
