Molcajete

There is a deep chip in the bottom of the bowl of the chico molcajete on the inside and pieces of rock continue to flake out of the chip. I have reached out to customer service. I will adjust the rating accordingly after communicating with Masiendas customer service in regards in handling the chip in the bowl of the molcajete (refund or replacement) Masienda customer service issued a complete exchange on the Chico molcajete, no questions asked. Customer service also offered a coupon code for the inconvenience. So far their customer service is 5 stars out of 5 stars

This molcajete is really nice. Lots of surface area and really stable. Customer service from masienda is great too, thank you Sharon

Perfect size and will be an addition to my Bigger Masienda Molcajete!!!
