Really perfect

Great addition to all my other Our Place cookware. Well made, heats up evenly, and nonstick properties makes clean up super easy.

Love the Always titanium pans and pots, but hate delayed customer service

I love the way my titanium nonstick pots and pans cook and especially the flawless cleanup –but the customer service requires weeks of no responses to emails and is ridiculous without any way to phone. This is high-end pricing and I would expect better customer service. I also wish they would skip the spatulas and spoons and instead provide silicone handle covers because the heat is not avoidable. Another design feature would be glass tops. I use my old Calphalon glass tops that fit because I like to see what’s going on.

I have used this pot many times now. It always cleans up great and nothing sticks to it. I've made tomato sauces, rice, and cooked veggies in it. Heated up great and cooked each item perfectly. Mine did not come with the spoon shown in this promo photo however.
