Love everything about it except one thing. Not sure if it’s part of the design, but my pan is slightly convex in the middle. Didn’t think twice until I was charring vegetables for a salsa and my tomatillos kept sliding from the center to the edge. Mildly annoying.

Amazing quality!

Love this pan. I bought it for roasting peppers, but it is much more versatile than that. Highly recommend!
