Green Chimichurri Mix

So easy!

I do love a green chimichurri sauce and this couldn't have been easier - just add water, oil and vinegar in the spice jar and voila! Everyone loved the grilled shrimp marinated in this sauce. Next time I'll add a few red pepper flakes for a bit more zing.

Chimichurri

We had it on a layer of potato slices topped with chimichurri and then chicken breasts wth more chimichurri on top of them. Yum! It is so easy to prepare. No chopping, too.

Buy for my son-in-law He cooks on the grill adds chimichuri to as sauce to meats he cooks! We alll love it!
