Freeze Dried Shallots
So handy to have on hand for a variety of cooking needs. I can’t always have fresh, and these are an excellent substitute.

Yumm
I love using the freeze dried shallots in everything from soups to meatloaf and I frequently grind some to add to salad dressing. Super tasty and super convenient.
