BASE RKT Fuel
Great product for workouts up to 1.5 hrs. After that it is too heavy in the gut for quick absorption. Great flavor. For longer trail runs and endurance activities I need something lighter with simpler ingredients. Will continue to use during strength workouts and shorter runs and swims.
