Ok so far.

Almost finished with my first bottle. On some days it seems to work wonderfully, but then other days just so-so or not much. I’m thinking whatever I’m eating or not drinking enough might play a role. I like these better than the vsl3 that I took before because the vsl4 does not need refrigeration. When I took vsl3 I stopped them to go on vacation and then didn’t resume for a while and I noticed a difference, that’s why I started taking the vsl4. All in all I think it makes the bowels a little softer with the right diet. One thing I noticed is some smelly gas when I eat sugary foods. It’s all a work in progress.
