Great product

I have a prescription for the extra strength. It's a great product. My favorite thing is they deliver with a card that shows it has not been subjected to excessive heat during the delivery process. I used to purchase from a competitor and on more than one occasion there were delays in the delivery chain. When I wrote to the other company to say the ice was melted and they couldn't ensure the product quality, I stopped hearing from them. I don't worry about that with Visbiome, which I greatly appreciate!

I wish that the product had better packaging. I live in Florida, and every time I place an order the product comes warm. The ice packs are completely thawed. The box is damp. The dot that should turn red if warm, never turns red. I’ve left the dot outside in the sun,and it still was white. Visbiome needs better indicators and a much better way to keep the probiotics cold.
