Calming and Helpful Powder
Yes, I am pleased with this product and I find it helpful and calming to my stomach. I find that the powder is more helpful to me than the capsules.

I like it, but I had to slow down.
I think it is very important to put good bacteria into your gut. I had some trouble with it, though. I ordered the powder because it has a lot more than the capsules, but I, personally have a little trouble with the powder, so I’m using it more slowly than I had planned.
