Beautiful steak

Great Steak for a Birthday Dinner!!!

We ordered a pair of prime tomahawk steaks. They arrived as scheduled and they were well packed. We thawed one of the steaks for a birthday dinner to celebrate the 15th birthday of our dog. One steak fed 4 adults and the birthday girl. I reverse seared the steak on my Weber Summit and it turned out great. The steak was very tender and tasty and it was enjoyed by all the guests.
