Premium Black Angus Beef Tongue (Lengua)

I've had tongue prepared in various ways, several different countries; the tongue i recently prepared from Creekstone was exceptional. I realize they're grades and levels the meat industry utilizes. However, this is the 1st time where the difference was exponentially favorable. I am a meat man. I want...need meat. This tongue was prepared in a slow cooker, then diced and sautéed in garlic and olive oil for preparation for tacos de lengua. Next time I visit Mexico, I'll be damned if I taste a tacos de lengua comparable. My opinion is only in comparison to tongue im able to procure here, locally. I should shop for my meats abroad more often.
