Mailing address issue fixed quickly
there was a huge mistake on my part - i had the steaks sent to my home in massachusetts not to my brother in law in Florida! well when the steaks arrived on my door I threw it in the frezzer, contacted the Alpine people and they were so kind and mailed me a overnight express label - they saved the day.

Stew at it's best
I've had these beef tips in stew & now getting ready for tips with brown gravy. Can hardly wait.
