Great Mix!
Made a 10lb batch of pork sausage using 2 packs of the starter mix. It has some fantastic flavor. Every bite left me wanting more. Thank you guys for making quality products!

Italian sausage starter
Great starter mix. Ground up a pork butt and added jalapeño powder and pepper flakes cuz we Love spicy, so friggin good. Thanks to your team for the great content and products.

Fantastic Italian Sausage Mix
I mixed three pounds of ground pork and two pounds of ground beef with the Italian Sausage Mix and browned larger chunks in a pan. Mixed (half, vac sealed and froze the rest) in with my spaghetti sauce and cooked on low all day. It was amazing.
