BEST GOAT CHEESE EVER
I love Bucheron Goat cheese; it reminds me of the time I spent living in Paris. I used to be able to find it in my area, but lately I cannot. Chef Mandala's Bucheron is the best I've ever had in the States. It is SO fresh and creamy tasting! It is my absolute favorite...pure perfection!
