All of Eduardo's pastas are of superb quality! The taste of the pasta is on par with fresh made, and due to the slow drying process, I think, none of the pastas try to stick together when cooking. All of the products are just amazing!

Wow! The best flavor, pasta as it should be!I added it to a little butter parmesan cheese, and a scoop of pasta water. Couldn’t ask for a tastier dinner!
