Minestrone

Excellent taste but I'm a little confused why each serving comes in such large containers. After adding boiling water to the recommended fill line, the soup occupies less than 50% of the total container volume. The excess space probably contributes to the significant drop in soup temperature that occurs during the recommended wait time prior to consumption.

Let's this one soak so the freezedried beans soften. Packed with flavor.

I like it. It has substance. I add a few oyster crackers to make it a little more filling.
