Stay salty
The daily hydration packs are great to throw in the lunch bucket. Grab one and put it in your water bottle during a hard days work. Definitely works as hard as I do.

Fast easy way to get electrolytes
Great tasting easy way to get electrolytes! My trainer recommended these and I love them! Easy to take with me and get my electrolytes in. Strawberry tastes great and I have no problem making sure I get what I need daily. Definitely recommend!

The best tasting Hydration drink mix!!
I’ve tried quite a few different hydration drink sticks, but they are always super salty or bitter, Not 1st Phorm! It’s a very balanced flavor and definitely the best Hydration mix I have tried yet!
