I LOVE this product!! It energizes me well and gives me an efficient boost before my workouts. My only issue with it is the high caffeine content. While I understand that it may be necessary in a pre-workout such as this one, just one scoop nearly eliminates the rest of my day for my daily limit of caffeine intake!! (400mg) But other than that, this is a wonderful product and I’d gladly buy again. :)

First of all, I love the fact that there is added creatine!! It can be so hard to remember to take it sometimes so I love that it’s just built in and I don’t have to worry about it. I’m giving it 4 stars just because I was hoping for more of that pre-workout itch with how much caffeine is in it, but it gives a great boost of energy for my workouts! Great flavor too!
