Learned recently that creative can help with cognitive abilities and picked this up. Unflavored and mixes in to anything hot or cold. I’ve tested it in my morning coffee and my afternoon protein shake. Just started so don’t have enough info for anything other than easy usability.

I bought this about 2 months ago and at 54 years old it's helped me tremendously! I mainly like how it has less grit than other brands I've tried. Either way it's a great quality creatine and it has helped me build lean muscle and lose a little weight which was my goal when I made the purchase.
