Love 1st Phorm, not sure this does anything?
Love the 1st Phorm line of stuff, good people making a quality product, I just don’t notice any difference after taking MBrain for several months now and it’s possibly just me. Keeping it at 4 stars because I don’t want to ding 1stP and honestly, this may work great for you.

Not a fan
They smell terrible and the taste that the casing leaves in your mouth is not pleasant. Plus needing to take 6 of them at a time. Didn’t notice anything different taking them vs not taking them.
