I think the product does what it’s suppose too. I have been substituting it out for a caffeinated pre work and get the same effects at 430 in the morning. I also like that it does not make my heart race but does warm me up. Highly recommend.

Got me drinking more water

I add this in a big water bottle with ice and water and it has me drinking more water than ever. I love it! The cherry slush is the best flavor but that berry lemonade is also really good. The grape is just okay for me but tastes good too
