L-Carnitine w/ Fucoxanthin

A great part of my daily workout routine!

I've been using this with my pre-workout for a few months, and it's been huge in supporting my body recomp. I've been losing weight for the last year and a bit while lifting and running; this has helped especially through periods of plateau. Definitely recommend, and it tastes great!

My Favorite Item Ever

Out of all the 1st phorm items I have purchased, this is by far my favorite item. I love the taste, it blends well, and it doesn’t clump. I will continue to buy this forever ☺️

Great taste and easy to mix

I add it to my 1st Phorm clear protein mix and get a 2 for 1 easy peasy drink mix!! I’ve been using for only about 2 weeks so maybe to early to see uber benefits but I feel great!
