Gluten Free Quality Varied This Time

I ordered three boxes this time. It seemed processing the order was a bit delayed but it did get here. The quality of the different types and pieces seems to vary this time. Some of them were just perfect but some were so dried out over cooked that they were difficult to bite into and chew. I am not sure if this was because they were possibly frozen or over cooked. They were the gluten-free version and those can be difficult to make due to the flour qualities.
