I didnt have heavy cream on hand so I used milk and butter. The biscuits tasted good but didnt raise much. Nect time, I’ll make sure I have heavy cream on hand.

Best GF biscuits ever! Expensive but the entire family enjoys them. Now our celiac family member isn’t left out for biscuits and gravy or chicken pot pie (of course with biscuits instead of crust)!
