Disappointed...

Attached is how the cookies arrived. The box was open and damaged, the cookies inside were melted and a log versus a cookie. From what I see this company is located in Dallas so you should know that if you ship food items in summer you must include a cooling agent in the packaging unless you are going to overnight the food items. Also, you need to find another shipping partner. USPS does not care how items arrive to the customers. You need to partner with UPS or FedEx. These cookies are too expensive to have them arrive in such a manner. The taste is good, but do better on shipping and presentation.

I’m OBSESSED

I’m absolutely obsessed with Sweet Addison Cookies. They’re one of the few treats that I never regret buying because they’re made with great ingredients and still taste incredibly indulgent. The cookies are HUGE, I actually cut each one into three pieces and enjoy it over three days. It makes them feel like such a treat without overdoing it. My absolute favorites are the Brownie Cookie, the Brookie, and the Protein Chocolate Chip. They’re all rich, soft, and unbelievably satisfying. I happily spend around $170 on a big order because they freeze well, last a long time, and are always worth it. If you’re looking for cookies that taste bakery-quality but are made with better ingredients than most, Sweet Addison absolutely delivers. My partner and I love the protein brownie and cookie! I don't feel guilty for eating something so decadent with the high protein. I also love the ingredient label. No weird sugars or ingredients I can't read. Its a very clean nutritional label and that matters!
